Orki gives you two ways to send outbound WhatsApp messages to your customers Functions → Templates and Functions → Campaigns.
📄️ WhatsApp Templates
WhatsApp templates are pre-approved message formats required by Meta for all outbound WhatsApp messages. You cannot send a message to a customer outside the 24-hour conversation window without using an approved template.
📄️ Sending Broadcasts
A broadcast is a one-time send of an approved WhatsApp template to a list of recipients. Broadcasts are immediate -- messages go out as soon as you click Send.
